    Sunways Sustainable Business Travel has been formed to help our customers establish travel programmes with an emphasis on sustainability via reforestation.

    Our pledge to you is simple, we will donate trees when you travel. An uncomplicated, yet highly impactful promise on joining our sustainability programme.

    We provide a sustainable travel solution allowing you to completely offset your carbon emissions for flights, hotels, rail and cars.

    I WANT TO BECOME NET ZERO

    A SUSTAINABLE PROCESS

    • You Participate – you join the sunways sustainable business travel initiative and pledge to offset your carbon emissions. Become net zero.
    • We Donate – we promise to donate the first tree for every trip booked.
    • You Travel – you travel, as usual. Nothing changes there. We simply receive your CO2 data for each trip and calculate how many trees will need planting.
    • Together, We Plant – our donated tree, along with the number of trees needed to offset your trip, are then planted.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    • New York to Chicago, with two nights in a hotel, means you will need to plant just 3 trees to offset your trip.
    • We will donate the first tree, and you pay £4 for the remaining 2 trees. It could not be easier. Together, we make your travel net zero.
    • Our customers can easily switch to The Sustainable Travel service. They will instantly benefit from our granular CO2 reporting capabilities and the ease of planting their own trees based on the data this provides. From the moment they join we will plant a tree for each trip they take.

    350ppm (parts per million) is the maximum level of safe C02 in our atmosphere. As of May 2020, we were at 416ppm. We are ever rising to dangerous new heights. Trees are the most effective C02 draw down tool we have. If we plant more trees together, we can restore these numbers and harmonize our environment.

    Due to our willingness to make a difference to rising CO2 emissions, we are clearly a business travel agency with a difference.

    Duty of care and corporate social responsibility are at the top of the agenda when providing a marketing leading travel service. And rightly so.
