We had a last-minute request (around 4:30pm on Friday) from a KOL who was at a congress asking to upgrade her flight the following day to premium economy. Given that it was the end of the day, the guy I spoke with (John) was very patient and joined several phone calls with me while I was passing information back to our client to get approval on costs/options (unfortunately it wasn’t as straight-forward as just upgrading the flight because no seats were left) in order to resolve the situation.

John was also very diligent and checked that all of his communication and new tickets had been received, he sensed the importance and also stayed online a bit later to send me the information.

This is certainly a much better experience than I had with the previous travel agent 😊”
