BA On Business Platform Now Available

We are pleased to inform you that the BA On Business online platform is now available.

In a statement from by airline, they said: “We fully understand that not being able to access On Business accounts online has been frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. Our dedicated teams have worked tirelessly alongside our third-party provider to restore online access to the platform.” 

Your organisation can once again access your accounts, redeem On Business Points for Reward Flights and cabin upgrades, or check the Points balance by visiting onbusiness.com.

BA also introduced an additional layer of security to the platform, which will use multi-factor authentication (MFA). The next time you log in, you will be prompted to set up MFA for added protection. Members of the On Business programme, will receive a separate email with instructions on how to set up MFA.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that all On Business Points due to expire at the end of June 2024, have been extended until 31 December 2024.
